To attach garland to your banister, firt hold your garland on top of your banister.
Second, slip the middle of one Banister Binding under your thumb and then use your fingers to fasten the hook and loop closure underneath banister.
Lastly, adjust your Banister Binding by either concealing any excess under your banister and/or cutting off any excess.
How do they work?
You should have one banister binding per every two feet of banister. One package contains six banister bindings and will typically cover 12 feet of banister.
